We were able to enjoy the Bayfield fireworks from the perfectly located unit that our friends Steve and Ann, their daughter Joan, and her husband Colin. The balcony overlooked the commercial marina. People started to show up hours before, camping out on the marina bank.
For those of you unfamiliar, there is a bit of a rivalry between the fireworks of La Pointe, (across the channel on Madeline Island), and Bayfield.
They say to “kill your babies” when you are going through your photos. In fairness to me, I did delete over 650. There still may be a few too many. Here you go:
